NATALYA KRASSILNIKOVA EPP – SCHOOL PRINCIPAL

Mrs. Krassilnikova- Epp was born and groomed in Central Asia, in a multi-national and multi-cultural environment. She has been working in the education field for over  25 years. Mrs. Epp firmly believes in lifelong learning approach as a key for the professional journey of every educator. She graduated from the Sheffield Hallam University, UK with Master of Arts in Education and obtaining another Master degree in Education at the University of People, California, US.

Mrs. Epp is certified by International Baccalaureate (IB) in many significant educational domains, including concept-based teaching and learning, language acquisition and curriculum development, active learning for the globalised students, building for the future, & leading for effective teaching and learning.

Mrs. Epp has extensive experience of teaching and leading the International Baccalaureate Programmes. She worked as programme coordinator, programme director and head of the campus in the IB World School context around the globe. She firmly believes that everyone connected to the IB school community has a voice, choice and ownership to impact learning and teaching and to contribute to its ongoing strengths and success.
