Early Years Programme (EYP)

Early Years Programme (EYP)

The Early Years (EY) programme acknowledges the unique needs of early learners, aged 3 to 6 years and is based on the IB Primary Years Programme (PYP) curriculum framework. It is a distinguishing feature of the programme which recognises that learners in this age range require approaches that honour their developmental stage, and the importance of play as the vehicle of inquiry. Emphasis is placed on development of self-regulation through play, modelling behaviours, language, group games and music and movement in a play-based educational environment. Through the introduction of integrated way of learning and a wide variety of topics, our goal is to create for each child’s abilities and needs, a learning experience.
