Job Description:

Advertising

  • Work with the Group Corporate Affairs and School Principals on the corporate and tactical advertising campaign creative and media plans.
  • Maximize advertising budget by ensuring that the Schools’ creative message and media activities are consistent.
  • Review the Schools’ market segmentation and other appropriate marketing reports to ensure that the media scheduling matches those segments.
  • Monitor and maintain media schedules as well as prompt settlement of invoices.
  • Manage the A&P spending and budget.
  • Ensure campaign targets are met in terms of awareness, lead gen and enrolment conversion.

Events

  • Plan, organise & coordinate all open days, education fairs, previews and marketing events.
  • Ensure event targets are met in terms of turnout, lead gen and enrolment conversion.

 

 Digital Marketing

  • Identify need areas, conceptual planning of digital marketing activities, and oversee their execution with various Schools and Group Corporate Affairs.
  • Take an integrated approach to digital marketing activities, ensuring a consistent and quality image is projected.
  • Monitor and review the response rates on the digital marketing platforms for improvements and corrective measures.
  • Collaborate with digital marketing agency and marketing staff and Principals to develop, implement and measure demand and lead gen programmes.
  • Ensure campaign targets are met in terms of engagement, lead gen and enrolment conversion.

 Website and Social Media

  • Update website on information and promotions timely and accurately
  • Develop and implement the schools’ social media strategies by increasing leads/ traffics/fan base with interactive activities.
  • Work with marketing, Principals and Group Corporate Affairs to develop website content and make continual enhancements to improve SEO results

 Collaterals

  • Coordinate and execute production of printed materials (brochures, banners, buntings, leaflets, etc), with assistance of Group Corporate Affairs.
  • Ensure best priced quotations and raise purchase requisitions for all production and printing related services.
  • Produce marketing enablement tools such as demo videos, presentations and webinars.
  • Monitor and track inventory of all marketing collaterals.

  • Develop year plans, unit plans, and lesson plans according to International curriculum
  • Establish and communicate clear objectives for learning activities
  • Incorporate a variety of learning materials and resources
  • Differentiate to meet students’ varying needs.
  • lnstruct and monitor students in the use of learning materials and equipment
  • Observe and evaluate student’s performance and development
  • Assign and grade class work, homework, tests andassignments
  • Provide appropriate feedback on work
  • Encourage and monitor the progress of individual students
  • Maintain accurate and complete records of students’ progress and development
  • Update all necessary records accurately and completely
  • Support after school activities
  • Perform any duties in supporting students, i.e. language support, remediation etc.
  • Prepare required reports on students

Requirement:
Teaching one or more subjects at secondary level and organizing educational activities; plan and prepare lessons according to the prescribed / recommended curriculum; and teach relevant subjects as well as supervise schoolwork and student discipline.

Must have at least Bachelor in Education or equivalent from a recognized overseas University with PGCE certification or equivalent.

Must have experience in teaching Cambridge IGCSE and IB syllabus with proven track record of good results. Must have experience teaching in an overseas international school.

International teachers whose first language is in English and have completed a Post Graduate Degree in Education, a Bachelor Degree in Education, a Diploma in Teaching / Education or an equivalent in countries such as Canada, The US, Ireland, The UK, Australia, New Zealand or South Africa are invited to apply.

The Assistant Manager, Human Resources’ objective will be to support the company within every area of a company’s human resources operations in consultation with the HR Director. In some areas, you will manage the project assigned.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct classes according to the IGCSE and create a positive learning environment.
  • Motivate students with enthusiastic and creative class activities.
  • Ensure continuous progress and development of students.
  • Prepare teaching materials and resources in accordance to the syllabus.
  • Prepare and mark quizzes and examination papers.
  • Meet requirements for the assessments. Report student’s progress and provide constructive feedback to parents.
  • Evaluate students’ course works, assignments, projects and presentations.
  • Responsible in classroom management and monitor student’s discipline.
  • Organised and participate in all school events eg. co-curricular activities, sports day, field trips, concert night and etc.
  • Work collaboratively with all faculty members to plan and coordinate assigned tasks.
  • Undertake special assignments, ad-hoc tasks and other duties when required.

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/Professional Degree in Education, Mandarin or any relevant field.
  • Excellent command of English in both written and spoken.
  • At least 1 Year(s) of teaching experience in a school.
  • Good communication skills and time management skills. Willing to work in a team and follow instructions given.
  • Dedicated and passionate in education. Able to work extra hours when required.
  • Having positive attitude, with friendly and outgoing personality.
