Library Leaders Programme

Library Leaders Programme
Empowering Young Leaders Through Reading and Service
š What is it?
A special programme that gives students the opportunity to become leaders in the library, promoting a love of reading while developing valuable life skills.
The Library Leaders programme offers students a unique chance to cultivate leadership skills while serving the school community. Open to students who demonstrate a passion for reading, responsibility, and teamwork, the programme enables them to take on key roles in managing and promoting library services.
Student librarians learn to organise books, assist during library periods, support reading activities, and help maintain a welcoming, orderly library environment. They will also have opportunities to lead campaigns, host book-related events, and serve as reading role models among their peers.
Through this programme, students gain practical skills in organisation and communication, while growing in confidence, discipline, and leadership ā qualities that will benefit them far beyond the classroom.
