Peter Vinoj is an enthusiastic and motivated professional who hails from the hill station of Kodaikanal in Tamil Nadu, India and holding a BSc in Visual Communication. He is an accomplished film-maker and CGI Artist with significant industry experience in both fields. Always passionate about sharing knowledge and educating, he gave guest lectures and organised learning camps at the universities. He was invited to share film tech guru skills at the IB school and was intrigued by the IB Programme for schools. Since then, he joined the IB school to teach IB DP Film and IB MYP Design at the first IB School in India.

Peter is the IB Middle Years Programme Coordinator at UCSI International School Springhill Malaysia. He facilitates students in the MYP Personal Project, MYP Design and MYP Service as Action. In addition, he extends his collaboration with the MYP Network in Singapore and Malaysia.

His interests range from racing, gaming, gadgets, gizmos and technology and watching movies as much as he enjoys making them. As much as he loves technology, he also stays away from technology by camping, hiking and exploring nature. In addition, he brings immense amounts of cross-cultural exposure and experience to the table, having gained it through filmmaking, teaching students from various nationalities, and being a working professional in a new country. He is a storehouse of talent, confidence, communication and delegation skills. Overall, he is pleasant and an excellent team player.

Peter is a Certified Microsoft Innovative Educator and Minecraft in the classroom specialist. He has also completed, IB coordinators: Delivering the MYP curriculum, Leading an effective professional learning community and IB DP Film training.
